This policy explains the acceptable and prohibited uses of Axenixa. All agencies, clients, team members and visitors must comply with these rules.

Axenixa Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to every account using the Axenixa platform.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy exists to protect Axenixa, our agencies, clients and all platform users from abuse, security risks and unlawful activities.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use Axenixa only for lawful business activities related to project management, collaboration, client communication and document sharing.

  • Managing client projects.
  • Uploading legitimate business files.
  • Sharing documents with clients.
  • Inviting team members.
  • Using messaging features for business communication.
  • Managing invoices, reports and workflows.

❌ Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading malicious software.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Accessing accounts without permission.
  • Harassing or abusing users.
  • Using Axenixa for illegal activities.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls.

3. Security Violations

Users must not attempt to compromise platform security. Prohibited activities include:

  • Hacking or probing platform infrastructure.
  • Attempting unauthorized access.
  • Using automated attacks.
  • Distributing malware or viruses.
  • Interfering with system availability.

4. Content Restrictions

You must not upload, store, distribute or transmit content that:

  • Violates applicable laws.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware or harmful code.
  • Contains abusive, hateful or threatening material.
  • Contains fraudulent or deceptive information.
  • Violates privacy rights of others.

5. Account Usage

Account holders are responsible for all activities performed under their accounts and must keep login credentials secure.

Sharing accounts with unauthorized users is prohibited unless expressly permitted under your subscription plan.

6. Resource Abuse

Users must not abuse platform resources or engage in activities that negatively affect other users.

  • Excessive automated usage.
  • Large-scale scraping.
  • Intentional service disruption.
  • Abnormal system usage designed to overload servers.

7. Enforcement

Axenixa may investigate suspected violations of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension without notice, especially when security, fraud or illegal activity is involved.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this policy, please contact our support team immediately.

9. Changes to this Policy

Axenixa may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
