4. Client & Agency Data
Agencies are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and process client information inside Axenixa. Where agencies upload client data, Axenixa acts as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the agency.
5. Files, Messages & Project Content
Files, messages, comments and project content are accessible only to authorized users connected to the relevant agency, team or client portal. Access is controlled through roles such as super admin, agency owner, agency team and client.
We may store file metadata such as upload time, file name, file size and the user who uploaded the file in order to manage project activity and portal records.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including password hashing, login attempt tracking, role-based access, CSRF protection and restricted administrative access.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and using secure devices.
