Axenixa Refund Policy
Applies to all subscription plans and agency accounts.
1. Subscription Billing
Axenixa operates on a subscription basis. Agencies are billed according to the selected pricing plan and billing cycle.
By subscribing to Axenixa, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
2. Free Trial Accounts
Axenixa may offer free trial periods for eligible agencies. No refund is available for unused portions of free trials.

Refunds will normally not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to cancel before the next billing date.
- Unused features or inactive accounts.
- Partial subscription periods.
- Account suspension due to Terms violations.
- Custom implementation or consulting work.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Agencies may cancel their subscription at any time from their billing settings or by contacting support.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
7. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take between 5 and 14 business days to appear.

Axenixa reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
