These terms explain the rules for using Axenixa, including accounts, subscriptions, agency responsibilities, client portal usage and platform access.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Axenixa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About Axenixa

Axenixa provides agency management tools including client portals, project management, file sharing, messaging, reviews, billing controls and team access management.

Agency Portal Tools for agencies to manage clients, teams and projects.
Client Portal Secure access for clients to view projects, files and messages.
Admin Controls Billing, plans, reviews, activity logs and platform settings.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Agency Responsibilities

Agencies using Axenixa are responsible for:

  • Managing their own clients, projects, files and team members.
  • Ensuring they have permission to upload client data.
  • Keeping client information accurate and lawful.
  • Ensuring invited users use the platform appropriately.
  • Complying with applicable laws and data protection requirements.

5. Client Access

Clients may access Axenixa through invitations issued by agencies. Clients are responsible for using the portal only for legitimate project communication, approvals and file access.

6. Subscriptions, Trials and Billing

Axenixa may offer free trials, paid plans and subscription-based access. Plan features, limits, prices and billing dates may vary depending on the selected plan.

If payment is overdue, access may be restricted, marked as past due, suspended or cancelled.

7. Files and Content

You retain ownership of files and content uploaded to Axenixa. By uploading content, you grant Axenixa permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service.

You must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, malicious or unauthorized content.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use Axenixa to:

  • Break any laws or regulations.
  • Upload malware, harmful code or illegal content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Abuse, harass, threaten or impersonate others.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability or performance.

9. Reviews and Public Profiles

Axenixa may allow agencies to display public profiles and client reviews. Reviews may be moderated, hidden or deleted if they are abusive, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate.

10. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Axenixa available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues or external service failures may affect availability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payments are overdue, misuse is detected, or continued access may create risk for Axenixa, users or third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

Axenixa is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or damages caused by misuse of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Axenixa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
